Since 2008, Andreas has built companies, teams and new business fields. As a coach, he guides leaders and organisations through change, translating strategy into concrete decisions, resilient structures and effective collaboration.

At Changepoint, Andreas combines entrepreneurial responsibility with consulting and transformation work. His experience ranges from process digitalisation, organisational design and change management to building service offerings, teams and client relationships. At mysupply, Andreas applies this experience to the digitalisation of procurement. The focus is on automated and increasingly autonomous sourcing, connecting product development, AI, procurement processes and organisational adoption.
